Heavenly Dressings from Halzephron Herb Farm

Did you know that the name 'Halzephron' derives from the old Cornish language meaning 'Cliffs of Hell'?

Halzephron Herb Farm started in the farmhouse kitchen set above those treacherous cliffs at Gunwalloe. They have now moved to the nearby grounds of Roskillys Farm in St Keverne but still produce their wonderful products by hand using the original recipes. Great quality ingredients and small batches ensures the taste is never compromised.

Award winning salad dressings from our Plough to Plate range are available to order -choose from:

'Cornish Herb' - a traditional all round dressing based on garlic, parsley and mint

'Amalfi' - an Italian style dressing with sun-dried tomatoes and basil

or

'Raspberry & Balsamic' a dressing with sweet, strong flavours of balsamic and raspberry - try it with a salad of goat's cheese, rocket, spinach & walnuts
