All the leaf types that are grown are available for sale individually in 100g or 500g pack sizes and they also produce two ready mixed salad packs available in both 300g and 500g sizes:
MIXED BABYLEAVES - a classic seasonal babyleaf salad mix with Lollo Rosso, Lollo Biondi and Batavian Lettuce, Mizuna, Tat Soi, Russian Kale, Red stemmed radish leaf, Ruby Frills, Green Frills, Pea shoots, Dill, Ruby and Yellow Chard.
FRESH OR FRY - a versatile blend of Oriental brassica babyleaf types suitable for both fresh salad and stir fry/hot dish uses with Kailan Kichi (Chinese Broccoli), Yukina Savoy, Green stemmed Pak Choi, Red Chinese Cabbage, Green and Purple Tat Soi.

Cornish Asparagus now available...
The first crops of Cornish Asparagus are now being cut across the county - one of the highlights of the British culinary year. The head chef from the Greenbank Hotel Sanjay Kumar is pictured here with Andrew from Rowe Farms taking part in one of the first cuts and finding out first hand how fragile and costly this crop is to harvest. Sanjay will be hosting a live on-line cook off on Tuesday the 28th April from 6pm on www.sanjayskitchen.co.uk

Product Info : Cornish Asparagus and Cornish New Potatoes
We were pleased to receive the first Cornish early aspargus from Rowe Farms last week, this will be available from now on subject to availablility, it is recommended to pre order as it is currently in high demand. Also Cornish early potatoes have arrived and will be available on the same basis.

Product Info : fine bean
Fine bean is proving difficult at present, not only is the quality unreliable but stock is difficult to find, the rainy season in Kenya and the end of the Guatemalan and Egyptian seasons are adding to the problem. The Zimbabwe season starts at the end of April which will ease the issues.

Product info : Peppers
We are pleased to say we have moved over to Dutch grown peppers on the three main colours, although Spanish are a lot cheaper the quality is not up to standard. We feel the Dutch are worth the difference.

Product Info : Carrots
We have experienced some problems with the quality of the Scottish carrots. We will switch to "Strawed" carrot within the next 24 hours which will resolve the issue. A value Belgian carrot will also be available from Thursday the 12th March.
